What Does this chest X-ray Indicate?

My mother have a recent x-ray of chest PA view and result says: 1. accentuation of broncho vascular margins is seen. 2. Normal Hila. 3. Normal mediastinum. 4. Heart size is normal. 5. Costeophrenic angles clear. 6. Normal Rib Cage. Conclusion: Bronchitic changes. Would suggest lab & Clinaical correlation.
